All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless stated otherwise.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods specified on our website.

5. Product Guarantee

Our oils are 100% authentic and distilled from pure Moroccan rosemary.

Each order comes with a 6-month guarantee certificate.

If you do not notice results after 6 months of consistent use (according to instructions), you may be eligible for a refund (see Refund Policy).
📦 Refund & Return Policy
At Ehair, customer satisfaction is our priority.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are entitled to request a refund within 6 months of purchase if you have used the product consistently as per instructions and did not notice any results.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation, guarantee certificate) is required.

Refunds are only applicable for products purchased directly from www.ehair.ma.
2. Returns

For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product.

Products must be returned in their original packaging (for defective/damaged claims).
3. Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, to the original payment method (or via bank transfer if COD).
4. Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted if:

The request is made after the 6-month guarantee period.
