Welcome to Ehair. By accessing and using our website (www.ehair.ma) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of products (natural rosemary oil, massage & infrared devices) made through our website.

  • By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.


2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details.


3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods specified on our website.

  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver throughout Morocco (and internationally if specified on the website).

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary depending on location and logistics.

  • Any delays caused by courier services are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your order.


5. Product Guarantee

  • Our oils are 100% authentic and distilled from pure Moroccan rosemary.

  • Each order comes with a 6-month guarantee certificate.

  • If you do not notice results after 6 months of consistent use (according to instructions), you may be eligible for a refund (see Refund Policy).


📦 Refund & Return Policy

At Ehair, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You are entitled to request a refund within 6 months of purchase if you have used the product consistently as per instructions and did not notice any results.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, guarantee certificate) is required.

  • Refunds are only applicable for products purchased directly from www.ehair.ma.

2. Returns

  • For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging (for defective/damaged claims).

3. Process

  • Contact us at contact@ehair.ma with your order details and reason for refund/return.

  • Our support team will review your request and provide instructions.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, to the original payment method (or via bank transfer if COD).

4. Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The product was purchased from unauthorized resellers or non-official sources.

  • The product was misused, altered, or damaged due to customer negligence.

  • The request is made after the 6-month guarantee period.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Always follow the instructions provided with the product.
